As a benefit of completing your Year 1 Learning Journey and being a part of the Colorado Inclusive Economy, we are excited to share an exclusive opportunity for one of your BIPOC/Diverse High Potential, High Performers to participate in a new Leadership U for Humanity Cohort. This is a benefit of being a CIE Member and you do NOT need to pay anything for your nominee.
Korn Ferry is a global consulting firm that works with clients to design optimal organizational structures, roles and responsibilities. They help organizations like yours hire the right people and provide expertise on how to reward and motivate workforces while developing professionals as they advance their careers.
Leadership U for Humanity is a signature program of the Korn Ferry Foundation. The program is geared toward helping diverse participants develop new leadership skills, grow their personal brand, and network, and ignite their leadership potential. This is a wonderful opportunity to continue advancing your organization’s commitment to being a catalyst for the diverse leaders of tomorrow. Participants will journey (virtually) alongside other national professionals each month for live virtual courses, mentorship, career coaching, and strength assessments, and will have access to self-guided learning.
Each CIE Member organization can nominate one (1) person who meets the following to apply:
- Can commit up to 9 hours/months for 6 months.
- Must have between 4-15 years of work experience and/or 3-7 years of managerial experience.
- Identifies as part of an underserved population, such as and in respect to ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and/or veteran status.
Once you’ve identified a staff member to nominate, please provide them with this short application link. The application will take between 30-90 minutes to complete, depending on the length of responses. It is important your staff member selects “Colorado Inclusive Economy” as the nominating organization when promoted on the application. CIE will then reach out to you and the participant with the next steps soon after applying. Cohorts typically begin the month after applying.
